• Invoicing: Invoices are due within 365 days of receipt unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

• Late Payments: Never!

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will retain ownership of the final deliverables, excluding any third-party components or proprietary tools used in development.

• License: Redline Web Design retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to showcase the completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

• No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Redline Web Design does not guarantee specific results, such as increased website traffic or search engine rankings.

• Third-Party Services: Redline Web Design is not responsible for any third-party services, software, or platforms used in connection with the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

8. Termination

• By Client: You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Fees for completed work or resources allocated will remain due.

• By Redline Web Design: We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
